Association Badge Representations

By selecting any association badge (including but not limited to NHWA, NHWA Boot Camp Graduate, Home Watch Academy Graduate, or Florida Home Watch Association), the company expressly represents and warrants that:

• They are a current, active member in good standing of the selected association
• Their membership has not been suspended, revoked, or terminated
• They will promptly notify BestHomeWatchCompanies.com if their membership status changes
• They understand that misrepresentation of membership status constitutes a material breach of these Terms

4. Takedown Policy

Association-Reported Removals

If an association notifies Stall Media Group, LLC that a listed company is no longer a member in good standing, we reserve the right to remove or modify that company's badge representation within 5 business days of receiving verified notice.

Inaccurate or Misleading Listings

Any person or entity may submit a takedown request by contacting info@besthomewatchcompanies.com with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• The specific listing or content you believe is inaccurate or misleading
• A detailed explanation of why the content should be removed or modified
• Any supporting documentation

We will review all takedown requests and respond within 10 business days. We reserve sole discretion to determine whether removal or modification is warranted.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stall Media Group, LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
